Hi, it has been great pleasure to me share some inspired movements in last week.
In Tumkur University under SCP &TSP Project faculties have organized two days workshop on “Entrepreneurship Development” trainers were Ms.Sushma G.N and Mallanna. They are not only trainers rely they are life tuners such wonderful peoples I never saw in my life.
Shusma madam is Technical Manager in HP she drawing more than lacks together per month. The way of teaching was superb. Very good speaker more than super active . You know one thing in my classes including me we use to make noise jokes but in shusma madam class we were curious about class because she created such a attraction at class. Why she inspired me because earlier days she was poor she had faced many obstacles to complete her education as being a women she had taken courageous steps to overcome those problems to get success in life her each words in workshop reality focused and from life experience may be she will become model for a girls as well as boys who feels negative, useless. One more thing I wanna mention that in my life this is a first time I’m writing blog which created and guided by her. This blog is completely devoted to her.
Mallana class was tastier than Shusma. He is owner of hotel ‘Prithivi’ the famous and No 1 hotel in Tumkur which got many awards. He is name for creativity and innovation. When he was at 23 age that time unemployed and 26 lacks bank debit. He started business by making ‘Gobi Manchuri’ by using mushrooms in foot path. But now his turn over 1 crore per year. His mantra of success “Serve with Love and clean”. If you feel sad or unhappy go Prithvi and be happy. Because some people use to celebrate their birthdays in Prithive instead of their homes. Mallanna also interested in spirituality and reading books.
When we talk about leaders most of the time we take examples like Mahatma Gandhi, Mother Theresa, Nelson Mandela like those but some time we forget there will be thousands of Gandhi’s around us we need recognize them and take a try to understand their life values.

You are right.. there will be plenty of role models around us.. but unfortunately we want ourselve to be accepted as role models by all others than accepting them.. i got a small critisism to make.. mallanna started his carrier as a gobi manchuri seller. you have mentioned that he was using useless mushrums. means to denote that, he was using unhealthy mushrums to feed people and has made money..
Dear, in present world you can mint money like anything.. but its difficult to include a concept of Morality in it.. being a social worker, let us uphold the concept of morality based working and earning..
