Most Important Web Sites

It was great day more informative day for me. This day I learnt about How to use internet especially about search engine?  , What are the most important websites for finding resources etc? In my mind I had thought of share this event with you so I spent some time here.

In Tumkur University Department of Social Work Faculties have organized special lecture on “Usage of Internet”. Resource person was Mr. Rupesh Kumar Assistant professor, Department of library science. Tumkur University Tumkur (a.rupeshkumar@gmail.com). Somewhere he is suitable with his name and look. He targeted especially final year MSW Students who are engaged with project work by the help of internet.

Mr.Rupesh Kumar explained some of techniques  that while searching for any sources in google. For example using directory, image, scholar search and different format searches like pdf, ppt, doc. JPEG etc.

More over he mentioned some of most familiar websites which are very important for all students as well as professionals also. May be useful so I mentioned below.

Same day what happened I started chat with Ashok who is Social Work Student from SDM collage Ujire. He asked me ‘Are you in face book’. Yes I have face book account but I’m not much familiar with that. So I decided at any cost I have to know about face book. Suddenly I sent mail to Sushma madam Who is Technical manager in HP Banglore by requesting face book details. She is learners friendly so quickly responded to my mail and she sent following  link which taken me to relevant details to learn about Face book.
